She always takes the time to ask how we’re feeling before each session and adjusts the workout based on that—which makes a big difference. You can tell she genuinely cares and wants you to get the most out of each session without pushing beyond what feels right. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for a PT who listens, supports, and still gets you moving!

Dee has great energy, she is very welcoming, great music and the class was challenging. If you are new to spin class or new to the area I would definitely go here.

The sessions were great, covering all areas of fitness I needed for my Army Asessment Center visit (which I passed, with Dee's help!). I was encouraged to grow in my fitness journey, and make progress both on the gym floor and at home. I'm proud to say that my fitness has skyrocketed! Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs preparation for any upcoming fitness-related event(s).

I started with no idea what to do in the gym and she supported me with everything including food, home workouts and gym exercises. She was super flexible with me and modified all exercises to suit my needs. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting weight loss or just general fitness!
