Kickass Endurance
KICKASS Endurance offers a range of events for all fitness abilities from 10k flat runs to marathons and children’s obstacle courses through to hardcore elite mud and obstacle events (OCR) throughout Shropshire and Staffordshire.
The events are designed to test your all around strength, stamina, determination and above all, teamwork.
By taking the KICKASS Endurance challenge, you’ll unlock a great sense of accomplishment, have a brilliant time and discover camaraderie with other participants that’s experienced all too rarely these days.
KICKASS Endurance was created by four adrenaline-fueled junkies, with wide experience in the sports industry. Veterans of events such as Tough Mudder, Tough Guy, Spartan Race, cross-country runs, half marathons, triathlons and the London Marathon (to name but a few!).
The Kickass management team has a wide range of experience, from operational service in the British Army, to personal trainers and Firefighters – this unique mix of experience and skills creates a refined blend of lunatics who know how to put on a good course!

Kickass Ironbridge
Working with a team and helping each other feels really good. When people come together, share goals, and support one another, it creates a sense of togetherness. Each person’s strengths balance out others’ weaknesses, making a dynamic environment where everyone helps the team succeed.

Black Country Sprint Triathlon
Participating in a triathlon offers a wide range of physical, mental, and social benefits. Here are some of the key advantages:
