1-2-1 Personal Training

I offer 1 to 1 personal training on an individual basis, as part of a couple, and group training sessions all based at Purity Gym, which I co-own with my business partner, based in Telford. I have unrestricted access to private studios to ensure that all training sessions whether they be weight training or cardiovascular in nature, are uninterrupted and completely bespoke to your ability and end goal. Ensuring your end results are always in sight!

Many people are unsure of what exercise to do, how to use the equipment or machinery, what specific exercise is required for individual muscle groups and lastly feeling uneasy. Working with me, will put all these fears to rest. No matter if you have a limited time in which to work out or can take advantage of a more prolonged workout I will ensure that you get the best possible results.

Through a bespoke and diverse fitness program, tailored to your specific ability and requirements you will quickly start to realise the results as we work together. 

Your fitness journey will also be supported by a bespoke software whereby you will be able to upload your progress pictures, input your weights and measures throughout your fitness journey and keep track of all foods and calories you have consumed throughout each day.

Online Coaching

I now offer personalised training sessions online and in the comfort of your own home. By bringing my services to you, I can truly make a positive impact on your life and help you achieve your fitness goals.

With my “PT in your pocket” approach, you can lose weight, tone up, or gain muscle with a customized session tailored to your specific needs. Wondering how online personal training works? If you prefer, I can also provide you with a customized workout plan complete with video tutorials.
