One-to- One Personal Training:
Prices start from just £20.00 per session.
Sessions are Bespoke Designed to suit all abilities, needs, goals and ages, for the optimum results clients should consider a variety of 30, 45 or 60 minute sessions, to enable the maximum results consistency is vital.
Weights and Measures
An Important element of your PERSONAL JOURNEY, keeping regular weights & Measures are vital in the process of both the adjustment of your fitness programmes and your food nutrition plan.
I run regular fitness Cycle/Spin Classes using the latest equipment with a variety of concepts. Please call to reserve a bike.
Ladies Only Morning Classes include – Kettle bells, Vibe Cycle (Spin Cycle) Konga (Dance Aerobics) Step (Step Aerobics) Pilates, HIIT Cardio and also the very popular Legs, Bums & Tums.
After assessing you and your dietary requirements, together You and I will develop a Meal Plan tailored for your individual needs as well as taking regular weights and measures.
Small Group Personal Training:
I also offer training in small groups (eg up to 6 people) these work well for a small group of friends/family and I find these to be rewarding while giving great results not to mention your training your body and having Fun!
dedicated to those with special needs or special circumstances who need an extra duty of care
Physiotherapy plus much more for those who need it.
These sessions can be conducted in a private studio area, for those of you that require total privacy.
The main gym floor is also available when required for further progression sessions.
