One on One Personal Training:
Prices range from just £15.00 per session.
Sessions depending on your needs (and capabilities) run for 30, 45 or 60 Minutes at a time.
I run regular fitness classes using the latest equipment with a variety of concepts.
Classes include – Kettlebells, Vibe Cycle (Spin Cycle) Konga (Dance Aerobics) Step (Step Aerobics) Pilates, HIIT Cardio and also the very popular Legs, Bums & Tums.
After assessing you and your dietary requirements, together You and I will develop a Meal Plan tailored for your individual needs as well as taking regular weights and measures.
Small Group Personal Training:
I also offer training in small groups (eg up to 6 people) these work well for a small group of friends/family and I find these to be rewarding while giving great results not to mention your training your body and having Fun!
dedicated to those with special needs or special circumstances who need an extra duty of care
Physiotherapy plus much more for those who need it.
These sessions are conducted in a private studio area NOT in the main gym area for those of you that require total privacy.
No monthly subscription or gym membership required.
